Four Cheese Stuffed Shells

Four Cheese Stuffed Shells is a quick, simple and satisfying dinner that is full of flavor. Stuffed with a cheesy mixture of Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan and Cottage cheese.


  • 4 ounces large curd cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 12 ounces Mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of lightly dried/ fresh basil
  • 26 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 jumbo package of pasta shells


  1. Cook and drain jumbo shells according to package directions.

  2. While shells are cooking, mix together cheeses, egg, garlic, salt, and basil. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Spread 1/3- ½ the spaghetti sauce into a 9x13 pan.

  4. Using a small spoon, Stuff mixture into shells.

  5. Place shells open side up close together in the pan.

  6. Spread remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with additional Parmesan and  Mozzarella cheese.

  7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 mins.
