Gather your ingredients and let’s get started. You’ll need Rice Krispie Cereal, butter, mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, Valentine’s sprinkles and lollipop sticks. Complete recipes and directions listed below.
Melt the butter in a large pot on medium heat. Add the marshmallows, stirring frequently until melted.
Once melted remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispie cereal.
Pour cereal mix into 9 x 13 pan. Using a piece of parchment paper over the top, push mixture into the pan. Refrigerate the pan for about an hour.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Dip Krispie pops into the melted chocolate, add sprinkles, and place onto parchment paper.
Rice Krispie Pops Recipe
6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
3 tbsp butter
4 cups mini marshmallows
12 oz. bag of white chocolate chips
1 bottle of Valentine’s sprinkles
40 lollipop sticks
Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray.
In a large pot, melt butter on medium heat.
Add marshmallows and stir frequently until melted.
Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispie cereal.
Pour cereal mix into 9 x 13 pan.
Using a piece of parchment paper over the top, push mixture into the pan. Refrigerate the pan for about an hour.
Cut Krispie bars into small 1 inch squares. Add a lollipop stick to each.
Melt chocolate on 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring well in between.
Dip Krispie pops into the melted chocolate, add sprinkles, and place onto parchment paper.
Place the pops in the refrigerator for about an hour to set.
Makes 30-40 pops.
